OPERATING HOURS

Catering services are available Monday through Friday from 6:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. After hours and weekend services can be scheduled with special arrangement. Additional fee of $25 will apply and a 30% additional fee for weekend and holiday events.

ORDERING

Contact a catering manager today to set up your catering event. To ensure availability, we recommend you order 72 hours in advance. The catering manager or assistant will confirm orders within 24 hours from time placed. For special functions and custom menus, we always appreciate 72-hour advance notice to guarantee your event is as successful as possible.

Minimum

There is a $50 minimum on all catering orders delivered on campus. If a minimum is not met, you may opt to pick up item at our café, or add a $20 delivery charge.

DELIVERY AND SET UP

We will deliver your order to you and set it up just the way you want. It will include all the basic necessary items described including ample entrees, side items, condiments, and disposables. If additional items or quantities are requested, they will be made available, but at an addition cost. Delivery is available on campus only.

CANCELLATION

Orders cancelled with less than 24-hour notice are subject to a 100% cancellation fee.

SPECIAL SERVICES

We are here to cater to your needs. Please know that all services outside of what is stated on the menu are subject to additional fees. This includes staffing, set up, table settings and dressings, take down and any other special requests.

1. Servers: $25/per hour, minimum 3 hours

2. Table Clothes: $5 each

3. China: plates, linen napkin, flatware, water goblets, beverage glasses, $4/person

4. Cake cutting/plating: $2/person

5. Flowers: $85 per setting

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

If applicable, the catering recipient is responsible for any damages or loss of equipment. Morrison Healthcare responsible for any food removed from the delivery site

COVID-19

During this Covid-19 pandemic, we can gladly assist you on everything individually packaged. During to the additional packing cost, and labor to achieve this request, there will be a 25% surcharge placed on your order.
